Cancellation Policy
• Late Cancellation & Deposit Forfeiture:
Should you cancel or reschedule within the 24-hour window prior to your appointment, your deposit is strictly non-refundable and cannot be transferred to a future date.
• No-Show Policy: In the event of a "no-show," the deposit is forfeited, and the remaining balance of the scheduled service (100% total) will be charged to the valid card on file.
• Fees: Cancellations within the 24-hour window, or "no-shows," will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price to the card on file.
• The 15-Minute Rule: We offer a 15-minute grace period. Guests arriving later than 15 minutes may have their session cancelled and will be subject to the 100% cancellation fee.
